This main group meets periodically on a Saturday morning at St. Augustines Parish Centre where attendees are given the opportunity to tackle a range of craft subjects not normally undertaken by other established LVU3A groups.

Because of the popularity of the group numbers have to be restricted and it is therefore necessary to book a place in advance. This can be done at a main U3A meeting.

During the summer 2010 initial short courses in Sugar Craft have also been held.
Those who attended were taught some of the basics of the craft and all succeeded in putting together an effective spray of sugar flowers. It is hoped to be able to run a similar short course later in the year.
